Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The accommodation is simple but clean with a small private terrace that’s very pleasant, an outdoor pool that’s relaxing. Breakfast is simple but good. Laundry service is available, and the staff is friendly and helpful. You can walk to the sea and the city (a few kilometers). A small drawback that doesn’t necessarily concern the hotel itself… the road to get there is full of litter. The pool loungers are a bit old.

For the price charged the place felt shabby and neglected; the room’s bathroom had cracks letting insects in, the front door had a 10 cm gap underneath and no screen was provided. The shower and taps were broken, and we ended up staying only one night instead of the three we had booked. The breakfast, however, was excellent and the staff were friendly, accommodating us when we asked to cut the stay short.

The location in Trichinopoly was convenient. The rooms were small, the breakfast wasn’t great, and it wasn’t very clean.

Nothing special; we were moved the same day we arrived. The staff tried hard to keep us. The place was filthy—garbage everywhere on the path to the hotel, the pool was dirty and murky, rooms were basic with a serum pot on the wall like a hospital, the bathroom was mediocre, the carpet in the cabins was dirty, and the towels were yellow. We didn’t like it at all, especially since we had stayed in other Sri Lankan cities with hotels of the same standard that were much better. Too bad.

The location and staff friendliness were highly appreciated, but the room was infested with large cockroaches and the manager seemed unsurprised. The air‑conditioning didn’t work well and was noisy, and we had no hot water on the first night.
