The view and the quietness of the location were great. Nothing else.

The location was excellent, and the accommodation was very spacious. However, there was a lack of lighting in the bathtub area and insufficient light over the sink, plus a bath mat was missing from the towel set.

The spot is awesome, close to all restaurants and shops, and only 10 minutes from the Châtel bike park. The rooms are very small, the pool is tiny, and everything else has to be paid extra—parking, Wi‑Fi, etc. Not all staff speak English.

The location and the friendliness of the staff stood out. The mattresses were uncomfortable, and people didn’t follow the pool rules (though the hotel isn’t responsible).
