The room was adequate for the stay, it was clean, and the staff handled requests well, making it a solid overall experience. Nothing in particular stood out as problematic.

The staff had a no‑nonsense attitude, there was no disturbance, hot water was reliable, the room was decent, linen and service were good, and the TV was broken—though I don’t care much for TV. The only downside was that it’s a one‑way trip to get an Ola/Uber; Pune’s auto drivers are unreliable, they sometimes set the wrong destination. The place advertised a restaurant, but it turned out to be a bar, which isn’t ideal for veg or non‑veg diners, especially if they serve liquor—an issue for teetotalers and vegetarians.

The staff were courteous considering the type of hotel, but it’s only suitable for 3‑tier business customers, and the metro connection is weak.
