“Uncomfortable and unclean”

The staff were unhelpful, and we had to leave early because the room was dirty. No one encouraged us to stay or offered assistance. A cockroach appeared in the hallway, and the room itself was unclean, with rice in a corner. The linen was grey and old. The staff merely said that “this sometimes happens” when food is left in the hallway. How can they be so indifferent and not help the guest?

“Un séjour confortable”

The room size and décor were nice, and the pool was good. The jacuzzi didn’t work, and parking cost $10 per night, which is really excessive. The breakfast was very pricey—$20 for a rather limited selection.

“Inconvenient location for parking with horrible customer service.”

The bed was comfortable. First they couldn’t find my itinerary , I was being questioned from left and right. There was only one entrance after certain hour, I was but in the far back where there were people screaming walking by , shouting near that vita restaurant with a bunch of events going on. Parking is impossible to find. I stayed for 3 days still at a very early morning hour the maid knocked on my door

Everything was very clean, the staff were nice, breakfast was great, the gym was good, and the pool was small but fine. The lobby offered a great view.

“Okay stay, property could have been more updated and expand the pool area.”

The hotel was conveniently located for the event we were attending, but the pool area was small and the bar was closed.
