The hosts Graham and Nicola were superb, the views were great, the breakfast was cooked to perfection, and the bedroom and bathroom were very well appointed.

The rooms sit in an old farmhouse that’s been lovingly and stylishly furnished; owner Graham has prepared a range of day‑trips for every wish, the sunset over the hills is breathtaking, the nearby pub “The Hunters Inn” is highly recommended, and the streets here, like everywhere in Devon, are very narrow—“be brave”.

We found Kerswell Farmhouse B&B to be an absolute gem; my partner and I stayed two nights and can’t recommend it enough. The place is immaculate, set in stunning countryside with easy access to great walks and beaches. Nicola and Graham were delightful hosts who served fantastic breakfasts both days. We enjoyed chatting with them in the mornings; they’re genuinely kind. It’s already earned a special spot in our hearts and we’re already planning a return.
