The room was clean and the staff were good, yet I had booked a mountain‑view room and was given a different one. I’m not sure why the room was changed from what I originally booked. Still, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. I truly appreciate their hospitality and how they took care of us.

The property is a real gem - it's brand new, so the rooms are spotless, and the views are amazing. Plus, there's plenty of parking and the roads leading up to it are well-maintained. It's about a 25-30 minute drive from town, which is perfect if you're looking for some peace and quiet. Just be aware that there's some construction work going on, and they don't have food service yet - but I've heard they're planning to start soon.

I was left feeling pretty frustrated when the booking got canceled on the last day. The real kicker is that I'd already recommended this place to friends and family, but now I'm not so sure. It's clear that the company they partner with is pretty unreliable. I'd advise others to steer clear of this one.

The location is great - you can see the sunrise from your room, and there are some popular stores nearby. Plus, it's not too crowded, and traffic is minimal. The only downside is that some of the staff struggle with English, which made it tough to communicate. Still, the mountain views are lovely.
