The room and view were amazing; the bathroom has underfloor heating and the toilet is separated by a door from the rest of the bath. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the Gannerhof area is so quiet that you can sleep wonderfully. There’s a ticket that lets you ride the buses for free, for example to the next ski lift. Dinner is extraordinary and the service is outstanding.

The hotel's spot is awesome, right in the heart of things. But dinner at the hotel was a disappointment - we waited ages for our food, and when it came, it was overpriced and not that great. The staff seemed pretty unfriendly too, which didn't help.
