The location is great, right in Rome’s heart, just a short walk from Piazza Navona. The neighborhood buzzes, but the hotel itself stays very quiet. It sits on an upper floor of an old building. It’s more like staying in a nice apartment than a traditional hotel. Breakfast is served in the room and must be ordered in advance, so it’s less suitable if you prefer a spontaneous buffet‑style start.

The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large and nice. The room was quiet and in a great location. The staff were very nice. I didn’t realize it wasn’t a hotel, so access was only from 8 am‑2 pm unless it was an emergency. The room was small with no extra areas like a typical hotel. They offered breakfast in the room, but it wasn’t available until 8 am and we were out early both days, so we missed it. It was the most expensive room we had in Italy but offered the least space and no view.

A hotel just a minute from Piazza Navona. Outside there are many restaurants and it’s the city center. Inside the hotel is very quiet, with no noise from the bustle outside. The hotel sits in an old building whose entrance is through one of the building’s doors. Open the door and you enter a small, pleasant apartment with a few rooms. The building itself is old because it’s in central Rome, but once you step into the hotel complex everything is new, clean, and well maintained, including the rooms.

The room was spacious enough for three adults and the breakfast served in-room was fantastic, though the bed and pillows could have been better.

The place was amazing! We had a room with a beautiful balcony overlooking Rome’s rooftops. The continental breakfasts were rich and filling. Rachelle at reception was wonderful, warm, and caring—she’s the heart and mind of this hotel. The hotel sits on the fourth floor with an elevator, central location, and a fantastic restaurant right across the street. The room was beautiful, clean, and atmospheric. We could leave our luggage before check‑in and after check‑out. We recommend it! There was a slight noise from the downstairs restaurant, but that added to the vibe. Luckily the room’s air‑conditioning works, so we could close the window at night.
