We arrived to a very dirty place; long‑term residents make it filthy, and we had to share the bathroom, kitchen, and fridge with more than eight rooms. That wasn’t disclosed in the listing. We had no space in the pantry or fridge for our food, and there were no signs indicating which kitchen items were common use, so we unknowingly took others’ belongings. A nasty experience for our last stay in the UK. I don’t recommend it unless you have no other place to sleep. It was expensive for the quality; if it were £20 a night I wouldn’t mind, but we paid £70. We live in Tulum, and for £70 you could have a penthouse in paradise.
