I struggled with the washing machine - it was a bit of a mystery how to use it. A simple user manual on the wall and some washing powder would've been super helpful. That would've made my stay way easier.

The location was great, staff were friendly, and the spacious room had everything we needed, plus a really comfy big bed. Everything was fine, no major complaints.

The room was amazing - huge and well-equipped, with a water cooler, fridge, and desk.

The location was excellent, but that's about it. The sheets were hairy and stained, and the room cleanliness was pretty bad. The entrance to the building was also really run down.
