I was utterly disappointed: the room we got was completely different from the booking photos, the bedsheets were dirty, the bathroom was in terrible condition, and there was no water in the shower. We’d already paid an extra ₹200 for AC, yet when we complained about the room’s poor state and lack of water, the owner demanded another ₹200 to move us to a different hotel. His rude and arrogant behavior was off the charts. Cleanliness, facilities, and hospitality were all bad. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. 1/5
