The location and the staff were great, but the mini fridge turned out to be a wine fridge with no freezer, and the coffee pot was missing.

The place is in a good spot, yet the check‑in staff were not very friendly, the bed covers had a stain, the AC filter needed cleaning, and parking was far away.

I felt safe, was close to great food, had nice staff, a clean room, could walk to the pier, and the price was affordable; we made great memories with the family.

The spot on the boardwalk and beach was perfect, the staff was professional, but the bed was uncomfortable and definitely needs a mattress upgrade.
