The stay was very pleasant overall, with an exceptionally clean and well‑maintained hotel and staff who are friendly, attentive, and make you feel at home. The location is convenient and peaceful. The rooms are a bit small, but they are modern, smartly arranged, and comfortable for a good night's sleep. It’s a great choice for travelers who value warm hospitality and strong value, as long as a compact room size isn’t a deal‑breaker.

“Absolutely shocking- DO NOT STAY HERE”

They handed me fresh fruit on the first two mornings, and there's a large food court within walking distance. I can't understand how this place gets such high ratings. LOCATION: It's really far from the city centre or anything interesting, yet it’s incredibly noisy all the time. There’s absolutely no soundproofing, so you can hear everything constantly. HYGIENE: Little flies were in my room all the time and there was a constant mild sewage smell in the bathroom. COMFORT: The bed/mattress was the worst I’ve ever slept on, so I slept terribly, waking up with a stiff neck and sore shoulders each morning—like sleeping on a prison cot. BREAKFAST: I’m furious because I actually paid for breakfast, but it was completely inedible—unidentified mush paired with fruit, veg, and stale breadsticks. I told the Sales Manager about all this at checkout when she asked how my stay was, but she offered nothing beyond an apology. I expect a REFUND! Staying here felt like punishment. I need a holiday to recover from this AWFUL hotel.
