“Extremely Disappointing – Dirty, Uncomfortable, and Unsafe!”

The only thing I liked was the so-so friendly staff. I've stayed at Extended Stay America and similar hotels before, but I've never experienced anything this bad. The room had roaches, and all three of us woke up with unexplained bites, making me concerned about possible bed bugs. There were rodent droppings near the entrance, overflowing trash bins outside, and visibly dirty areas throughout the room. Even walking barefoot, I could feel how filthy the floors were. The mattress was awful, the bathroom flooring was outdated, and the exhaust fan had no working switch, leaving the bathroom full of condensation. Breakfast was extremely limited—oatmeal, muffins, and decent coffee, but no milk, juice, or water. The exterior looked acceptable, but the conditions inside were disturbing. I felt uncomfortable, disgusted, and unsafe throughout my stay. A hotel doesn't have to be luxurious, but cleanliness, comfort, and basic sanitation should never be optional. This experience was completely unacceptable, and I would never stay here again

The room was dirty and definitely not non‑smoking; it smelled like an ashtray.

“Not exactly good for the cost, I can find better.”

The location was good, but the bed was too soft, the furniture was old, and the whole room still carried that old cigarette‑smoke scent, probably from past use. Neighbors were noisy, it was hard to get amenities, and the TV remote wasn’t working, yet the staff were great and tried to make the best of what they had.

The proximity to the event I was attending was great. The room was dirty, the shower was broken, and it smelled like old cigarettes.

“As my kids said “it’s like camping with only essentials, but inside.””

The location was good. Close to tram, restaurants and shopping. Facilities were very old and run down, think “landlord special.” This was not like any extended stay we’ve stayed at before. No kitchen dishes or supplies, even though you could ask for them, there weren’t any to be had - 2 forks and 2 spoons for our party of 6 for a week made meals so much fun
