The treatment we received was incredible from the very first moment. All the staff were very kind, attentive, and professional, making our stay truly pleasant. The place is exceptional, very cozy and cared for down to the smallest detail. Moreover, the facilities are impeccably clean and in perfect condition. Undoubtedly a fantastic experience and a place we would return to without hesitation. Highly recommended!

The location, the setting, the terrace. Too many people for a shared kitchen with people who do not clean the counter properly, the sink and do not dry the dishes. Lack of dish towels available.

A nice apartment on Pico, a large lounge with kitchen, everything is available, 5 minutes to São Roque do Pico. Everything was good.
