Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The reception was very good, they gave excellent attention, the place was very clean, the bed was excellent, the breakfast was wonderful, and the location was good, but the TV couldn't connect to the internet, the air conditioning was weak, and there were problems with the bathroom; these weren't severe enough to ruin the stay, but they could be improved.

The staff were kind and helpful, but the room smelled of mold, the bedding and towels were dirty and stained, and there was a leak in the bathroom sink.

The place is super clean, the staff are attentive, the breakfast is excellent, and the accommodation is very good, but I found the check‑in to be very late.
