“Mal servicio”
I was really disappointed with the service here, it was pretty bad. The room wasn't even what I paid for, which was a major letdown.

The hotel's proximity to the sea was a major plus, but unfortunately, the room itself was a letdown. The pictures made it look like a beautiful and nice place, but in reality, it was quite uncomfortable and had a bad appearance. I was expecting a lot more based on the photos.
“It was an absolute horrible experience”
Our stay here was an absolute disaster. We were only here for one night, but it felt like an eternity. The room was a dump - no A/C, no hot water, and bugs crawling all over the floor. When we tried to contact maintenance, they completely ignored us. The only bright spot was the night shift security guard, Darren, who was actually really helpful. But overall, this place was a nightmare.
This place was a complete gem. I'm not sure what the fuss is about, but I had an amazing time here. The staff was super friendly and the room was spotless. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay.
