“Would not stay there again!”

The location was good and there was car parking at the back. On the booking site it says that breakfast is available at extra charge, yet there is no breakfast at all. I also had to call them a couple of times to try to arrange a meal with the relatives we were visiting. Their website says that Sunday Carvery is served until 6 pm, but it finishes at 4 pm! When I pointed out that this didn’t match the website, they said they had been trying to get the management to change the website for months. Our impression was that three different young girls, though pleasant, were clearly not really trained or supported in doing their job. We would not stay there again.

“Great location”

The spot is great, with a parking area behind the hotel, and the room was clean, comfortable, and tidy. However, when the horse fair is happening and traffic moves up and down the main pedestrian street, it’s best to avoid the area.

Little. Booked for dinner& breakfast,didn't happen, chef/manager had appointment early and left to make own arrangements. Previous evening we had dinner(not sure left overs from carvery) lovely puddings and drinks free in lieu. We left 093 0 or so,nowhere to leave room key. Place was empty apart from a elderly lady waiting for staff and none existing breakfast

“Great location for a stay in Brigg”

The hotel was under new management when we arrived on day one. Everyone, including the staff, was polite and helpful. The property was clean, though there were a few minor issues with our room that we understood were due to the transition. We’re confident that the new management will reach their goals with time. The check‑in process was a bit tricky because it was the first day after the changeover, so a few teething problems appeared.
