The hotel’s location was great, and the interior design blended modern and vintage vibes beautifully, even featuring an amazing old elevator. The rooms were clean and the beds super comfy, and the personnel were friendly and pleasant. The only downside was the morning noise caused by the old windows.

We flew from the UK to Toronto to tie the knot and stayed five nights at the Gladstone Hotel. Its location was fantastic, with plenty of food spots, coffee shops, and a short walk to Trinity Bellwoods Park. The staff were friendly and helpful. Both the hotel’s breakfast restaurant and Cassette offered great food and drinks. On our wedding evening we celebrated at the hotel bar—Cassette—and had an unforgettable night with friends, thanks to the excellent food and drinks. A special shoutout to Julian, who went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time! The only issue was the loud air‑con in the room; we didn’t mind much because we left it on during the day and turned it off at night.

The location was great, the staff were helpful and the renovation was fabulous with a cool pool table on our floor. The noise from Queen Street, a main thoroughfare 24/7, was loud—especially in our front‑of‑house room—so next time I’d pick a different spot in the building.
