I went to the address listed for Hotel Gite only to find it had become 머물다, stay Premium Hotel Stay and I couldn’t check in; neither messaging nor calling Hotel Gite got any reply, leaving me feeling stranded. Eventually a staff member from 머물다, stay told me Hotel Gite had been closed for a while, and only after a Korean helped me could I get a room, so I’m requesting a refund.

The cleanliness of the room was a major plus, but unfortunately, the mattress was a letdown. It was one of the most uncomfortable things I've ever slept on. The cleanliness of the room made up for it a bit, but the mattress really dragged down my overall experience.
