It was wonderful, like a castle in the middle of the city, close to the center with many options to explore the river; nearby there are boat services and kayaks for rowing and swimming. The service was fantastic, the breakfast was abundant and surprised us with different dishes on the two days of our stay, and what I liked most was the security, the peace of the place, and the constant attentiveness—when we returned from a rainy day by taxi, they ran out with umbrellas to keep us dry, making us feel very pampered! Many thanks :-) However, if you stay late or at night in the center to enter the hotel, the external gate over the avenue closes; I recommend installing a doorman or a bell so reception can attend you quickly, because currently you can only call the cell, but they don’t always answer and you might have to wait outside for a while. Still, I liked the security and the fact that they close access to any external person.

The staff were all extremely nice and helpful, the common courtyard was nice, and the rooms were comfortable. The upgrade I was sold on wasn’t worth it, and the breakfast wasn’t good at all.
