The staff were amazing and friendly. We loved the blackout curtains, which made it easy to sleep. Some of our towels were worn down; we received replacements every day, but we found hairs wrapped up in the threads of one of the towels.

We had a great stay overall. The location is close to the parks and only about a 15‑minute walk to the tram at the Disney parking facility that takes you to the park entrances; otherwise it’s about a 30‑minute+ walk. Hot breakfast was a nice addition, but the area is small and there is quite a wait if there are multiple families already there. They only have one waffle maker, so it takes a long time. If you’re going for the theme parks, it’s a good choice. Close location, and pretty much only there to sleep. The pool was a nice addition to cool off after a long hot day at the parks, and they constantly cleaned it. I would bring my own pillow next time. Nothing major that would stop me from coming back. The pillows were far too soft. The room we were in had a warped bathroom door that was very difficult to open or close.

The breakfast was excellent, and the dining area was kept very clean and well stocked for breakfast. The hot tub was not very warm, but my granddaughters loved the pool.

The breakfast spread was varied, fresh, and everything was clean; being close to Disney let us walk there and skip the park parking fee. I wasn’t warned about the parking cost when I booked, even though it’s cheap, and the dining room is very small.
