The location is good.

I liked that it was close to the event I was attending. But the advertising was false: the property is spread over three different locations. Hot water was only available on day one, and there was noise until 2 am. After a pressured $245 upgrade, the bed was at best a full size, maybe.

The location was good, but the description said a double bed (I assumed that meant king) while the room actually had a queen bed, the sofa bed was very uncomfortable, it wasn’t what I expected for the price, there were no towels at the pool and I had to request them at reception, and the restaurant food was bad—perhaps only the dishes we ordered were poor, but it was a bad experience.

The staff were friendly and the room stayed very clean with good AC, but the shower was absolutely terrible.
