“Não retorno. Fiquei decepcionada não retorno. Minha vontade foi de ir embora na broa”

The room we first got was a mess – broken toilet lid, dirty floor and a ceiling fan covered in dust. When we complained, the staff moved us to another room, but that one had a cracked toilet seat, a musty‑smelling blanket and a fan still dusty. Breakfast looked nothing like the pictures, and when we tried the heated pool on Friday around 5:30 pm it was being cleaned, while the other pool was filthy and both rooms had spider webs.

“Muito Boa”

The heated pool was a nice perk and breakfast hit the spot, making the stay feel solid overall. Nothing really stood out as a problem, so it was just an average, no‑surprises kind of visit.

Staff were friendly and quick to assist, which made the front desk pleasant. Unfortunately the bathroom sink was broken, and I kept worrying about hurting myself, and the heated pool never warmed up.

The team was attentive, the view nice and the location convenient, but the so‑called heated pool felt icy and the sauna only ran at limited times. The room also suffered from several maintenance problems that needed fixing.

“Lugar tranquilo é muito calmo”

The inn was comfortable and Gilson was really attentive, which made the stay enjoyable. The only downside was the pool, which stayed cold because of the weather.
