When I checked in on Monday, the hallway was trash‑filled; on Sunday the elevator was out of order, and breakfast was just coffee and cupcakes. The silver lining was that a kind person returned my lost wallet, which saved the day. However, the hallway and my room both had an awful smell that I couldn’t describe, so I bought air freshener to mask it. The housekeepers didn’t speak English and seemed confused by what we said, which was frustrating. I would like some sort of refund or compensation.
