“The ABSOLUTE worst we've ever seen”
The price and location were fine, and the gentleman who helped with check‑in was friendly, but the room was filthy—rotten food in the sink, a dirty stove and overhead, a loveseat and chair that looked like they’d been used in an outhouse, possible blood stains on the bathroom door and wall, large sections of peeling paint, a lamp by the bed without a shade that was falling apart, wobbly platform bed frames with bent legs, stained bedding, a single dim light in the main area, unclean floors, mouse droppings, and dead bugs. The curtains were missing, and the staff said people were stealing them, yet they had some when we returned. The room felt like a slum or a horror movie set, and we left immediately without taking photos, unwilling to stay under those conditions. No refund was offered, so we accepted the financial loss. The staff at check‑in was still friendly, but the overall experience was unacceptable.
