The food was good, but there were roaches in the bedroom.

We were denied the room even though it had been booked months ago and we had a confirmation email with dates and rooms; I’ll file a complaint. It was a huge let‑down to learn on the day itself, especially for a family of six traveling from overseas.

The hospitality was amazing; the staff went out of their way to keep us comfortable, the restaurant food was delicious, and service was fast. We never had to leave the resort for breakfast or dinner. I’d recommend this place to friends, family, and couples. There’s nothing to criticize.
