The location was good, but we paid extra for an upgraded room that we never received, even after the front desk moved us because the original room was unclean. We loved the Columbus Hyatt and this one isn’t even close to that.

It's near a fabulous Jazz Club- the Harth Room. Fun, fun there, walk to hotel, view riverfront early morning- outstanding!

The decor and lobby were very nice. I loved the way the restaurant was set up, even though I didn't stay long enough to eat in there. The staff were nice, and the room had a nice layout. The room was not completely clean. We found trash from a previous guest still in the room. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. The valet parking was horribly overpriced. I probably won't be staying again since the stay was not worth the price I paid
