Staff was friendly and helpful, yet there was a large burn mark on the nightstand covered with scotch tape, melted carpeting between beds, and the blind wouldn’t come down all the way.

View to Niagara Falls, but on the second day there was no hot water on the 8th floor early in the morning, a $100 deposit was taken, and $25 was charged for coffee use—unacceptable 😑 never come back.

The reception staff were friendly, but the room’s furnishings were awful, it wasn’t clean, the bathroom was terrible, and I heard constant droning from TVs in neighboring rooms all night.

The staff, location, and price were great, but our room carried a strong smell of my grandparents’ house—smoky and stale—unless they replace the carpet and drywall, the odor will persist.
