“overall. the stay was nice and the customer service I received was great”
The tub needs to be replaced because it is impossible to remove the hard scum from the bottom; otherwise, everything was fine.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. However, the breakfast options were too limited and the food service was spotty.

The service was great, the overall cleanliness was excellent. The only thing I would have liked was a restaurant service. We traveled to the regional skating area, and the track is practically next to the hotel. We chose it for its proximity and would choose it again; everything was super good. I loved it. The only downside was that the pool was under maintenance, which I didn't like; overall everything was very good.

Th3 room was clean and big. The night clerk was rude and short with me while checking in

The room was clean, tidy, and smelled fresh upon arrival. The bed was comfortable, and the in-room whirlpool was clean and inviting. The bathroom and room were spacious. The pool and hot tub were unavailable and closed for maintenance, and nothing online indicated that these amenities were non‑functioning, inoperable, or closed. It was 04/23/2026, and there was no free breakfast. I personally do not believe they should charge over $210/night for no pool & hot tub, no breakfast, especially since there is no way to know when booking in advance that the most desired facilities/amenities aren’t functioning or available to paying guests.
