The cleanliness was fine, the staff friendly and helpful, the food very tasty, a playroom and a kiddie pool. The water in the outdoor pools was cold; we expected it to be warmer (thermal!) so we could stay outside longer, especially with sunny weather and temperatures above 20 °C. The combination of warm indoor pool water and an air temperature of 32 °C was suffocating. The mattress was very soft and the pillows thick and uncomfortable.

Breakfast and dinner were varied and very good, the staff very friendly, rooms clean, indoor pools hot, outdoor pools cooler. We stayed for 2 nights and extended another 2 nights. Everything was excellent.

The hotel looks great, is clean, the only issue is that the indoor pools had a urine smell. The housekeeping staff is wonderful, the people are kind and friendly, but some reception ladies had a disappointing attitude (for example on the departure day when we arrived at reception, two ladies spoke quite harshly about people leaving at 12 without a few minutes, checkout being at 12); overall, the experience was okay, good value for money.

The indoor pools were great, and both breakfast and dinner were very good, but the outdoor pools were cold, the balconies weren't cleaned, and they lacked privacy.
