My room was good, the staff were amazing and helpful, and the concierge/manager was super helpful booking great tours and recommending restaurants. The massage therapy room smelled like mold, the pool had no shade at all in the heat, water was dripping from the roof onto the lobby couches, and the building needs some TLC.
