The spa was excellent, the staff and service were very courteous, the breakfast buffet was great, and the CEO, who also acts as the cabin master, welcomed us with a friendly smile ☺️.

This historic Grand Hotel still lives up to its reputation. The quiet, noble elegance and the overall aura of the hotel are especially impressive.

Top staff, especially in Kronenstübli. Beautiful location and view, very quiet. Minibar included. Nice indoor pool. No complaints.
