The breakfast was nice and the staff were efficient; we enjoyed the meals in the restaurant and overall the stay was very enjoyable. From the Piewipe it’s a nice 40‑minute walk into Lincoln along the canal.

Breakfast was very nice, though the coffee wasn’t; this could have been a preferential thing so we switched to cappuccinos. Arriving in the dark, we couldn’t see the signs, so some additional lighting would have been nice.

We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the breakfast; the accommodation was comfortable and the hospitality was excellent, so we would happily recommend this place and would love to stay again. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable! Lincoln is about 3 miles away, and there is a lovely canal walk that takes around 40 minutes to reach Lincoln. An Uber costs approximately £12, and a car is needed to get around easily. I realised that staying here without a car can be difficult because there are no buses serving the area.
