The location was fine, but our room was right next to the front desk, so there was a lot of noise in the early morning. I went to ask a question at the front desk and had to wait a long time while someone in the backroom moved around; the sign said they were away helping another guest.

The hotel's little kitchen was a nice touch, but unfortunately, it was overshadowed by the awkward behavior of the staff. While they were friendly, they seemed uncomfortable and unsure of how to handle our needs.

The friendly and helpful front desk staff made a great first impression, but unfortunately, the rest of my stay was marred by issues with the key cards, dirty kitchen facilities, and a complete lack of parking. To make matters worse, the cleaning staff were unprofessional and argumentative when I had to return to my room for something I had forgotten.

The hotel's location was one of its few redeeming qualities, but unfortunately, it was not enough to make up for the numerous problems I experienced during my stay. The mechanical issue with my room door was frustrating enough, but the lack of help and poor customer service from the staff made it even worse. When I tried to address the issue, I was told to contact the hotel directly, which was not helpful at all.
