I recently stayed at The Sapphire Atrium, and it was truly a standout experience. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the staff made me feel like a priority; the check-in process was seamless and exceptionally welcoming. The room was immaculate, featuring a modern aesthetic and a bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud. I was particularly impressed by the floor-to-ceiling windows offering a stunning city skyline view. While the breakfast buffet was a bit crowded, the quality of the artisanal pastries and fresh coffee more than made up for the wait. Highly recommended for both business and leisure! The only decent thing about this place was the new room they gave us the next day after we complained about the tiny, awful room they initially gave us. The new room was fine, but it was too little, too late. We had booked a package that included breakfast, but when we asked for it, they told us they didn't have any such facility. It was a bit of a letdown, but at least the new room made up for it.

This place was a nightmare from start to finish. I arrived around 4 pm, checked in, and opened the room to be hit with a wall of cigarette smoke and smell. I asked them to spray some room freshener, but it didn't work. When I requested a hot water kettle, they flat-out denied it, saying they don't provide kettles, despite showing images of them on their website. We had a 2-year-old with us, and we needed it for baby food. They were unhelpful and rude.
