The breakfast buffet was fantastic, and the sky bar was also a highlight.

The breakfast, location, and view of the Rhine were good, but the room was worn out, the walls were scratched, the balcony was dirty and full of spider webs, the windows were grimy, the curtains had stains, the shower had a torn soap dish, the sink towel holder was removed and the hanging photos were left, posing a danger, and in the breakfast room a plug cover was missing next to a seating group.

The rooms were very good and well equipped, the breakfast was excellent with everything you need, the staff were very friendly, helpful, and nice, but finding parking was problematic and you had to search a bit; otherwise everything was top.
