Homely Queen Room Stay Pymble

“1/10 – Avoid at all costs”

This was the worst stay I've ever had. The place was filthy, especially the shared bathroom and kitchen. High humidity, poor maintenance, a feeling of neglect. The owners didn't budge on fixing anything, no flexibility, no problem solving. Customer service was a letdown from start to finish. I ended up leaving early because the conditions were just unacceptable. No one should have to choose between losing money and staying in a place like this. Plenty of better options out there.

The room was clean and comfortable, which was a relief. But the bathroom floor didn't drain properly and the tiles were dirty. It made the whole experience a bit off.

“Pésima”

Nothing good here. The walls were damp, the smell was awful, and the bathroom was completely flooded. It was a real shame.

The room itself was clean and comfortable, but the oven was broken. I had to use an air fryer, but there were no instructions and it couldn't handle larger meals. The bathroom also didn't drain well and the floor was dirty because of the tiling. Not great.

“Don't bother”

The bed was comfy, but the whole house was in bad shape. The exterior was even worse, and the balcony off my room was a hazard. No care or love put into it. The shower leaked, so the bathroom floor was constantly wet. Only one bathroom for ten rooms, and the walls were paper-thin and noisy. Not a great stay.
