Justin at the reception was an angel, helping with all issues in English was great, but there was no direct beach access and swimming on the beach was not allowed.

The hotel experience was good, check‑in was very pleasant, it felt comfortable and reassuring, the staff’s attention to detail made guests feel warm, the facilities were solid, there was a pool to play in, and standing on each floor’s terrace gave a nice view.

The hotel is modern with plenty of entertainment for all ages and lovely pools, but the lobby bar staff seemed irritated when serving (five days in a row the same experience and the bar was empty) and the live music at dinner was awful.
