Good location close to eateries. Friendly and helpful staff: one lady during the day and one boy on standby at night. The room was shabby compared to the picture, and the air‑conditioner took ages to cool the space. I asked the boy staff for help, but the room stayed hot; I had to force myself to sleep in a steamy, sweaty room, which was uncomfortable. I only woke up in the morning when it was a bit cooler.

Nothing positive. 1. The area is very gloomy. 2. The room isn’t clean. 3. The toilet door is stuck. 4. The toilet inside is close to a blood‑stained pad during our check‑in. 5. The room smells. 6. There’s a coin in the toilet with a big hole on top.

I liked how close the place is to UiTM, but overall it felt like I’d been scammed.

The room wasn’t even listed in the booking, and the water pressure was almost nil—showering to wash my hair was impossible. The towers were old and looked soiled, so the hotel should raise its rates and step up its service. Also, a single bedroom wasn’t available.
