The facilities were excellent and the room was spacious. The key card in the lift wasn’t very responsive, but otherwise the overall experience was excellent.
The spot is amazing and traditional.
The place sits in a great spot and the facilities are solid; there’s a bar and café on the ground floor, plus overnight parking that we snagged at a discounted rate from reception. They also held our bags after checkout so we could depart a bit later, making the whole stay stress‑free—perfect for a larger group traveling together.
The location and convenience were great

The room turned out to be far larger than I had imagined. The hot springs were both lovely and roomy, and the rooms themselves carried a distinctly traditional Japanese vibe.
