The hotel is very comfortable and spacious for a stay in Vinh Phuc, the staff are very friendly and the breakfast is great if you want to eat local. The facilities are good, whether it’s the air conditioning or the pool. The hotel would benefit from a bit of upkeep to refresh the walls and review the plumbing; it’s surprising that there are no caulking joints around the bathtub.

The location is beautiful and the infrastructure is good, along with restaurants and cafés nearby that make for convenient dining and a relaxed break.

This place was a total disaster. The location was way further from the airport and city than I expected, and there were no nearby amenities. The hotel itself was ancient and in a terrible state of disrepair - think blocked toilets, non-functional aircon, and cracked walls. The staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, and the photo on the booking website was completely misleading. Needless to say, I won't be back.

The highlight of our one-night stay was definitely the massive pool - it was enormous! Our room was comfortable and clean, but not particularly impressive. It was just a standard room, nothing special. We didn't have any major complaints, though.
