“Разочароващ”

The hotel sits at the edge of town, which I liked because there's parking. The staff were friendly and well‑meaning, even in online communication, and they offered to make us coffee. Check‑out was at 12 pm. However, there were no windows for ventilation, so fresh air was a problem. The mattress felt springs through the thin cover, making it uncomfortable. The room was cramped; the radiator left only about a foot to the bed. The manual shower head fell when turned on, leaving a single splashing stream like a 1950s dormitory bathroom. There was no toothbrush holder, no toilet paper dispenser, no towel hook (at least one), no shower curtain, and no mop to catch bathwater from the floor because there was no curtain. The corner and straight grout on the tiles was very dirty. For no obvious reason the sink was tiny, even though there was space for a larger one, and it splashed water everywhere. I stayed in a DELUXE room – I never expected a normal room to feel like that! The lack of professionalism in the hotel industry is evident.

The hotel is on a quiet, peaceful little street, which helps you relax fully. The rooms are clean, well‑maintained, and provide everything needed for a comfortable stay. Great value for money, good service, and free parking at a reasonable price. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for calm. The only downside is that breakfast is still not offered.
