The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good, and the location was wonderful, but the first room we stayed in had a humming fan-like noise outside that kept us up all night.

We were not aware that the hotel is for shomeri shabbat guests. This caused us to not be able to get an evening meal (we needed to have made that reservation on a Wednesday and we checked in on Friday) and we had to make special arrangements with the non-Jewish staff in order to have some kind of breakfast (that was included in the price) on Saturday morning. Had we known that this was the case, we would have stayed at a different hotel. We chose this Prima hotel based on a very good experience in Prima Raanana and were very disappointed to find that we had to sneak around and be furtive to get any breakfast at all. The other guests made do with water and cakes. Thank goodness that we spoke to the non-Jewish staff on Friday night and made an arrangement but they too were very paranoid less some "mashkiahch" would see them giving us food. We were the only diners in the dining room at 900 am on Shabbat morning and we had to hide behind a pillar and eat quickly and furtively to have any breakfast. The only reason we didn't complain is that the staff helped us reaizing our predictament. See above

It was clean and the service was polite, but the area was problematic, located in the 100 שערים neighborhood.
