The room and bathroom were very nice and clean, exactly as described; the owner responds quickly to messages and there were no issues arranging everything, so we’re very happy! The location is about 10 km from the safari zoo, the area is quiet, there’s a shop across the street and the best cutlets we’ve ever had next door; the beds are superb, the mattress is great, everything is very clean, and the shared kitchen is well equipped.

We spent two nights here as a base for visiting the ZOO in Dvor Králové, and the owner greeted us warmly on Friday evening; the kitchenette room was cozy, the bathroom beautifully furnished and clean, and overall we were very satisfied with the stay.

The accommodation was cheap and the facilities were fine, but the room was not clean at all – there were hair and dust everywhere, especially in the toilet; I called the owner the day before arrival to get the key and room because we’d be returning late from a safari with my little daughter, and he assured me everything was written down and we wouldn’t have a problem; the building’s name on the house is “zednictví,” which made it hard to find the location at night, and when we finally found the key boxes there was no description of where to go, so we had to keep looking for rooms and eventually had to call the owner again; the owner’s disregard for clear directions was huge, and at 10 pm he bothered us when I was washing my daughter, asking for an ID and knocking on our door about ten times; I do not recommend staying here.
