There was no breakfast except a coffee pod and a tea sachet; the environment was warm and the linen was clean. The front door was a nightmare to close because of the lock (for both doors). The exterior would be livable if it were cleaned, but as it stands it’s impractical.

The bed was comfortable and the room was pretty, but the bathroom was flooded, the toilet was broken, showers couldn’t be used without flooding, there was no assistance or information from staff during a complete power outage, and the staff were rude.

The location was very good, we really appreciated the welcome and the cozy arrangement done by the housekeeper. Everything was excellent.

The location is spot‑on, just a stone’s throw from Riomaggiore’s panoramic terrace! The walls don’t block the noise from the room next door, and behind the wardrobe there's a door that opens into the other room – the neighbors even tried to open it by almost pulling the wardrobe down 🙃. On top of that, the shower leaks, so the floor is always wet.

The spot is fine. The bathroom leaks after every shower, the staff is absent and unreachable, and the front door lock is broken, making it practically impossible to close it at night – we had to sleep with the door open.
