Cleanliness and good service. When I booked, the accommodation promised breakfast included, yet the hotel refused to provide the meal for the entire week of my stay.

Breakfast wasn't part of my rate, and other guests mentioned it was mediocre; I also felt I was overcharged for excursions.

Honestly, the front desk staff are very nice, and Nadi at reception is respectful and classy; everything I liked.
