We arrived late at night and didn't want to change hotels, so we stuck with it. But what we got was a far cry from what we expected - we booked a hotel on the app, only to find a hostel when we got there. The price on the app was 620,000, but the one on the door was 320. When we asked about it, the staff just told us to pay the app fee. The elevator was tiny and smelly, and the staff didn't even bother to show us to our room - we had to find it ourselves. It was a really bad experience.

The service here is top-notch! The facilities are brand new, modern, and spotless, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around and catch public transport. The quality of service is exceptional, from check-in to check-out, and it's definitely worth every penny. I'll definitely be back!
