I found a spot that fit our needs perfectly—just a stone's throw from Trinity Park. The room was spotless and cozy, and having a kitchen at our disposal was a real plus. Getting in was a breeze thanks to clear directions.

The bed was super comfy and the room had plenty of space. The spot was quiet and parking was a snap. It was nice to have both a bath and a shower in the shared bathroom, and the price was a great deal. A second toilet downstairs was handy, and the door codes came in a thorough email, so getting in was hassle‑free. I did have trouble fully locking the downstairs toilet, but that’s probably fixable.

The room was filthy: bed linen crumbled, mouldy window frames, a rotten bedside cabinet, and constant noise. Wall carpets had stains, and the only toiletries available were a bottle of hand soap—see photos.

The place was well ventilated and stayed cool, but the mattress felt like springs were still visible, and the house creaked so much that people moving around kept us awake.

Beds were comfortable and parking was easy, yet the floors squeaked and the room lacked power sockets.
