“Worst”

The hotel doesn’t exist; I paid in full beforehand only to be scammed and receive terrible customer service.

“Complete fraud.”

There is no hotel by this name at the advertised location. You do not have a customer care whom we can talk to. Just a stupid AI bot that has not been programmed to deal with this sort of fraud. “Do not book, not a hotel”

I'm not sure what's going on here, but this hotel doesn't seem to match the listing at all. I'm really concerned about the safety implications of this discrepancy - it's not just a minor issue, it's a major red flag that needs to be addressed ASAP. I'm not sure what's more disturbing, the fact that this hotel doesn't match the description or the fact that it's still listed as such. I'd advise anyone considering booking to do some serious digging before committing.

There is no hotel by this name in sector 38, it was closed 2 months before, and the representative informed me at the last moment before 1 hr to check in. Bad experiences
